消费者网上购物时分享个人信息的意愿最高

据DMA2012数据追踪报告》,在过去18个月里,消费者向品牌商分享个人信息的意愿在迅速提升,他们大多抱有实用主义的态度分享个人信息,76%的消费者表示会向那些与自身有关系的品牌商分享个人信息,79%的消费者则表示会在网上购买商品时分享姓名、地址、邮箱等个人信息。而影响消费者分享个人信息的因素,主要是品牌的基本特征和商品的销售策略,前者主要包括与消费者之间的信任关系、明晰的隐私保护政策等,后者则主要包括免费样品、优惠代价劵、折扣、免费送货等。

Whenare consumers willing to share their data? How much data? If you don’t realizeit already, Europe typically leads the way on data and privacy issues. Theirlaws are much stricter and they are much more critical of data capturemethodologies. North America tends to lag quite a bit and we have much more ofa laissez-faire attitude – often collecting too much and doing too little withit.

Consumerwillingness to share information with brands has rocketed in the past 18months. The latest research shows an increase from last year indicating goodnews for marketers who seem to be gradually winning the confidence ofconsumers. (From the DMA’s Data Tracking Report for 2012)

This report and infographic areencouraging since they are providing evidence that there’s a growingwillingness of consumers to share their data. The report shows that, when best practices are utilized and consumersare provided the marketing they want – data exchange is much easier.
